This psychometric test can be bought on its own or in conjunction with one of our one of our Emotional Intelligence Courses, the assessment is extremely useful for enhancing self-awareness and for providing a focus for on-going learning and development.

The test consists of detailed questions about 18 core Emotional Intelligence competencies.  The questionnaire is carried out online at a time of your choice, and if you are too busy to do it all at once you can pause and return to it as many times as you wish until you have answered all of the questions.

Once the questionnaire has been completed we will analyse your answers and provide you with a comprehensive report including some useful suggestions of areas for improvement. If you are not attending one of our courses you will receive a 30 minute telephone coaching session to help you understand and get the best from the information we have given you.
